Samsung Galaxy Note 5 - S-Pen:
This

holding the phone in your non-dominant hand. It's fine if you have big hands
and can hold the 5 mark safely, but on smaller hands it can be harder to
manage. I was very careful with Grade 5 when using the S-Pen because I was
worried that I would drop it. This does not give much confidence, especially
when the phone is so expensive.

a pity, because the pen itself is much easier to use than before. It has been
revised since the S-Pen of Grade 4 and is now spring loaded. You just have to
push the back of the pen down to use it phone. Its thin, rectangular shape is
very comfortable to hold and can be written quickly and easily. In addition,
you can put your hand on the screen without causing accidental marks on the
page.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 - Display:
The
screen barely differs between Note 4 and Note 5, both of which have a display
with a resolution of 5.7 inches and 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, giving a pixel
density of 518 ppi. While this is not the highest pixel density around those
days, it still offers more than enough detail for every conceivable use. With
its large screen and high resolution, you can also take full advantage of
Samsung's multi-window feature so you can use two apps side-by-side. Of course,
the picture quality is excellent with a Super AMOLED panel. For a long time,
Samsung's panels have achieved excellent results in terms of color reproduction,
and Grade 5 is no exception. It covers 100% of the sRGB color space and
delivers perfect black and white values of 0.00 cd / m2. The contrast is also
very high and provides a contrast ratio of infinity: 1, rendering images with
bright, vivid colors and many details. As with other S6 series phones, color
presets are available to help you optimize the display of colors on the screen,
from high-precision to truly vibrant and punchy.
The
screen of the Note 5 is also much brighter than the normal S6 handsets, since I
measured a peak brightness of 406.85 cd / m2. This is quite high for an AMOLED
display, so it should be easier to use it outside. However, like the other
flagships from Samsung this year, the Note 5 has a hidden brightness trick.
While the maximum manual brightness can only reach 400 cd / m2, switching to
auto will appear much brighter under the right lighting conditions, For
example, when you are out in strong sunlight. After the summer months were
over, I simulated the effect by putting a torch over the Note 5 ambient light
sensor. The brightness of the screen almost doubled in any case.
