HTC deals have been a bit expensive lately, but as retailers
have made room for the latest mobile phones, you can purchase a low-priced
mobile phone offer, Some say it's not a big step forward on the HTC One M8 that
preceded it, but the company has switched the camera to a new,
higher-resolution version that produces much sharper images than its
predecessor. No matter what people think about the One M9, HTC is a leader in
design and its cell phones are always solid, well-built and reliable - and this
is the best of craftsmanship. Contract options for the HTC One M9 are now
completely discontinued.
The HTC One M9 does not stand in any of these categories
except design, where it still shows the rest of the market how it should be
done. Upgrades to the M8 include a more sophisticated camera and more
professional speakers. They are all nuanced improvements, not powerful
improvements. This is a phone that has all the DNA of the HTC One M8 and
polished well. The Theme Creator adds a lot of personalization to make an
emotional connection to the phone. The Sense Home widget is also very useful.
The main thing we like is the design. It is by far the best looking phone on
the market. It feels almost handmade with a great aesthetic and a great feeling
in the hand. And while things like BoomSound, BlinkFeed, and Sense have not
necessarily been significantly improved, they're still really great features
that HTC is justifiably proud of, showing that it's still a market-leading
brand.
The battery: We expected next generation power management in
2015 as most of the smart phone shopping world was the case. Instead, we went
back. This is also a reduction in performance for no apparent reason - the Full
HD screen is no different from the past, the battery is larger and the software
is probably stable. As with most of today's phones, you have difficulty getting
a full day without paying. The camera is more powerful than expected, but the
loss of the UltraPixel and Duo camera combination is disappointing. We wanted
to see an 8MP advance on the M8 that maintains the high trapping speed, and
instead we have a sensor with the same specifications as the one Sony has been
operating for over a year.
The biggest problem we have with the One M9 is that it does
not impress like other models. Good design is alright, but it seems HTC has
rebuilt the phone from last year, as there was nothing new in the mix. Taking
over the DNA of the One M7 and One M8 does not mean that this is okay for a new
handset. The HTC One M9 is an excellent mobile phone packed with good features,
a smart interface and a design that should be rightly proud of. It again shows
each other brand how it should be done. Some may say it does not improve
enough. The One M8 was pretty much the perfect phone and has not changed much
from year to year. In fact, HTC has taken the battery life back and did not do
much more than polish all over the phone. Except perhaps in the camera, where
things had to be improved and given, HTC was somewhere to find consumer
support. It's just the same experience as any other phone.
However, HTC was not as arrogant as Apple, just bringing out
an S version of its phone - there are some real upgrades that are obvious once
you pick up the One M9. For example, the design of the previous year's model
looks sloppy by comparison. It's all just a few tweaks and gimmicks, an
admission that HTC has created something brilliant with the M8 and does not
want to deviate too much from that formula. That's a shame, because it's the
brand we've almost always relied on to offer really useful innovations. This is
a phone that sells with precision, but it has far too many irregular edges to
be considered a perfect result again. Fingers crossed 2016 will see something
of HTC that lives up to this ideal. But now we only have a good phone - pretty
damn good - but not brilliant.
