Microsoft
has announced that the Xbox One console will soon support mouse and keyboard.
The company also announces that it will work with RAZER to provide additional
mouse and keyboard options for the player. In the announcement, Microsoft added
that mouse and keyboard support will be a case-by-case option that is fully
implemented by the developers. No updates will add mouse and keyboard support
for any existing tracks on Xbox One. Developers must patch updates or integrate
them into future games.
Participants
in the Xbox Insider program will be conducting public tests over the next few
weeks. In addition, Microsoft's Xbox division is working with peripheral
equipment manufacturer RAZER to develop an official Xbox One mouse and
keyboard, which is the preview image featured in Inside Xbox's September 25
release.
WARFRAME
was confirmed as one of the first patches patched on Xbox One so you can play
with mouse and keyboard. Microsoft has not announced when the patch will be
ready, but it will arrive in the next few weeks. Currently, the mouse and
keyboard features on the Xbox One are only available to players who are part of
the Xbox Insider program. With the Xbox Insider, you can test new system
updates for the Xbox One console prior to its official release. Sometimes
insiders can test new features and games that come on Xbox One or Windows 10
PC. You can join Xbox Insider on the Microsoft Web site. The free and flexible
space Ninja Epic WARFRAME will be one of the pioneers of the new Xbox policy,
allowing developers to meet the needs of mouse and keyboard players as well as
traditional gamepad owners.
Xbox
360 and Xbox One printers have become reliable controller options for PC gamers
- 64% of Steam gamepad users have Xbox 360 or Xbox One controllers, 27%
PlayStations and 5% dedicated PC pads Steam Valve's blog post will be run on
September 25th. But the trend is two-way, and Xbox Director Phil Spencer, who
emphasizes the importance of listening to customer feedback, has announced
support for the mouse and keyboard that are usually associated with computers
rather than console games for the Xbox One are.
Mouse
and keyboard settings are often understood to provide faster and more accurate
answers depending on the game, making the player better than the gamepad user.
Therefore, the game studio will be able to choose how or even to implement the
keyboard support; whether the mouse and keyboard players can participate in the
same session as the gamepad player is determined on a case-by-case basis and
the developer can choose from a number of online matchups. Give this selection
to the player.
Microsoft
has also announced it will be hosting a worldwide Xbox celebration called X018
in Mexico City, November 10-11. There are not many details about the event, but
Microsoft says it will launch "the biggest live Xbox episode in
history."
