Samsung kills all the brands in smartphones and laptop
through its latest two products, the Galaxy Note9, which is a large mobile
phone, and the Notebook 9 Pro, a high-end laptop computer. Since I have bought
and used these two products, I think they are as perfect as genres, and more
importantly, they work well together. It is no small pleasure to keep my power
of users like me in the hands of 12 hours each day.
Starting with early cell phones, the first version looked
like a cheat sheet of a marine walkie talkie. It should normally be limited to
air strikes. They have little to do with laptops. The latter was so big and
heavy, the people were worried. In any case, they will penetrate the earth's
crust and destroy the core. The voice quality of the phone dialed by the phone
is very different, and the laptop is limited to word processing in about 45
minutes. Before the battery runs out, I remember that the day I carried several
laptop batteries in my briefcase was very good. Get a few hours of work.
Eventually, the phone started to access the Internet and
provide extra functionality, while the laptop was thinned out, the CPU was
improved, and battery life was gained, which made it a little useful. Apart
from having access to the internet, there is nothing in common between the two.
This situation lasted for decades until Apple finally began to change this
model by introducing an iPad that combines the functions of a mobile phone and
a laptop.
Samsung has completely changed this model now. Note 9 works like
a tablet without a keyboard. The Laptop 9 Pro is like a big tablet with a
keyboard, without the limitations of a tablet. Although their operating systems
are still different, Note9 uses Android and Notebook 9 Pro uses Windows; these
two Samsung products work in a very similar way, allowing users to jump from
one to another with little practical change.
The difference in the operating systems (not Samsung's error)
defines the difference between the two products. Android offers a powerful and
useful app market that covers the beach, including Microsoft Office products,
while after a few years; Windows storage still offers a relatively small number
of useful apps. Accessing the Windows Store is a frustrating experience. But
there are some power programs that can be loaded on Windows, such as: Full
Office and Adobe programs, just to name a few, and the same does not apply to
Android. Again, these are the problems of Google and Microsoft, not Samsung's
mistakes.
What is usual?
Both Note9 and Notebook 9 Pro are aesthetically pleasing and
well made. No rattles or loose parts were ever found. I accidentally dropped it
twice and they did not do it very well. Although I protected Note9 with a
transparent plastic case, this size has been increased by a small amount, but I
have found protection for mobile phones from horns.
Both 9 can be used as tablets. In fact, Note9 can be viewed
as a small tablet with a mobile phone while the screen on the laptop can
vibrate 9 pro so that it can be used in tablet mode. The latter is especially
useful for business users because the 15-inch screen of Notebook 9 Pro creates
a large writing area for notes, which is especially useful for me because I am
in court and has to write down the judge's quick dismissal case. But the Laptop
9 Pro instantly turns into a tablet because I'm trapped in the plane and does
not have enough space to use it in laptop mode to generate a bonus, which is
common when the current legroom of 44 is reduced will be two inches and the
seat pitch has changed to violate the Geneva Conventions. It can be said that
the large screen of the Laptop 9 Pro makes it very suitable for watching movies
while traveling, and the sound quality is very good.
Both the Note9 and Notebook 9 Pro come with a removable
stylus that originally created some backtracking features until 1996, but I
found it very useful. I'm 6 feet 5 inches tall and I'm a big guy with a big
hand (nothing for us as our president), and the small display buttons on the
phone are often tedious. The pen helps eliminate this problem, and is usually
more efficient with the Note9 approach. Charge the stylus dock.
Against this background, both Note9 and Notebook 9 Pro have
an amazing battery life. When I think about the battery life, my rule of thumb
is to divide the number of phones by 3 and the number of laptops by 5. This
rule does not apply here. Before Note9, I had a Samsung S7 with good battery
life, but it seems to be limited to about 10 hours of moderate use before S5
gave me about 8 hours. The result is that if all my stuff is my phone on my
workday, I usually have to carry the battery to charge the phone at home or the
hotel where I live. Note9 has a 4000mAh battery that has not used up to 50% of
the 50% mark of the day.
For Note9 and Notebook 9 Pro, you only need a single-wall
adapter with two USB slots and two USB-C cables. That's all you need to get in
your travel bag, though I've noticed that you can use the dual USB cigarette
lighter charger if you want to charge your car without a USB port. Currently,
most mobile computing devices are popular, both the Note9 and Notebook 9 Pro
can be opened with biometric technology, and Note9 also features an ergonomic
fingerprint reader on the back.
