Motorola announced that Moto
E5 Play will be launched in Europe
someday this month as an Android Go device. This new E5 Play includes key
differences from E5 Play.
For beginners, Android Go support
means that the new E5 Play will run a relatively clean version of Android Oreo,
including the Go variant in Google apps. Android Go smart phones do not offer
much storage space, so applications take up a bit of space compared to the
regular version.
The software is not the only difference
with the new E5 Play. In addition, we
have a 5.3 inch display with aspect ratio 18: 9. Compared to normal E5 Play, we
use a conventional 2: 9 aspect ratio and 5.2 inch display with 720p resolution.
In the E5 Play version, the amount of RAM should also be different. Android Go
restricts the device to 1 GB of RAM and regular E5 Play has 2 GB. Storage
location may be different. While Android Go smartphones can usually hold up to
8 GB of storage, the regular E5 Plays includes 16 GB of extensible storage.
Everything else including design is the same. This means 8 megapixel rear
camera hidden behind the Motorola logo, 5 megapixel front camera, and rear
mounted fingerprint sensor.
Moto E5 Play is one of the first
devices that shipped Android Go this year and is the first Motorola device to
run a lightweight operating system. Android Go is a version of Android 8.0 Oreo
designed for low-cost smartphones that offers less memory, less memory and an
optimized application. Although the operating system sacrifices many features
to achieve this goal, the operating system is lighter and cleaner. Motorola
said its new Moto E5 Play will be
available in European countries this month for € 109.
Product Specifications:
Battery:
The highest peak of the Moto E5 Plus
is its large 5000mAh battery, while the smaller Moto E5 is equipped with a
4000mAh battery. In addition, Motorola has installed a 18W Turbocharger in a
box that can be charged for six hours in just 15 minutes. Although we look
promising, we will keep the final comment unless we use it thoroughly.
Design and display:
In the early days, the
Moto E5 and Moto E5 looked very
similar to the Moto G6, G6 Play. The Moto E5 has a 5.7-inch HD + (720 x 1440
pixels) IPS LCD and the larger Moto E5 Plus has a 6-inch HD + IPS LCD with the
same resolution as the E5. Both use a 18: 9 view of Max Vision. Both have
gained Moto Display and Moto Actions. Both models also have Nano-coating that prevents spraying.
Performance and Software:
Moto E5 features a 1.4GHz quad-core
Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor and 2GB of RAM. With respect to the Moto E5
Plus, Motorola has changed the processor, which now includes a 1.4GHz
eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset and 3GB of storage instead of the
international version of the Snapdragon 435.
Camera:
The Moto
E5 Plus is equipped with a 12 megapixel
camera sensor with laser autofocus, PDAF and LED flash. The Moto E5 features a
13 megapixel rear camera with f / 2.0 and LED flash. Both smartphones in India
are equipped with the same 5 megapixel camera and flash.
