Sony's new
Xperia smartphone Xperia XA2 Plus will be released at the end of August but analysts
say midrange equipment is not enough to raise Sony's share in the world market.

cut surface. This is the function of Sony Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE HX) which automatically
upgrades sound files to nearly high-resolution sound quality with the first
mid-range phone equipped with Sony's high-resolution audio technology. The
display is covered with a powerful Corning gorilla glass 5, which includes a
narrow bezel and a thin bezel to maximize the visible area of the phone.
The Xperia XA2 Plus mobile phone operates on the Android 8.0 Oreo operating system and is
offered in silver, black, gold or green with a single SIM slot or two SIM slots
depending on the market. Details of pricing and other releases are not
announced. Although new mobile phones are very versatile, there are IT analysts
that Xperia XA 2 Plus may not change the sale of Sony’s smartphone.

"Sony
will be very difficult for a variety of reasons, including 0.7% of the
smartphone's global market share in the first quarter of 2018," said
mobile device analyst Tuong Nguyen. Getting traction in less popular areas will
be even more painful.
He
added that another problem with the latest mobile phones is that
their features cannot keep up with the features offered by competitors.
"All important competitors in this market are for example adding depth
sensing cameras and expanding current technologies such as introducing
interesting and attractive features and functions such as augmented reality,
virtual reality etc.
The hardware announcement itself seems to have
no problem. The key to Sony is not only to improve individual functions such as
